MATT KAY

Director

Matt Kay is an Emmy-nominated filmmaker based in London, celebrated for his powerful, character-driven documentaries that spotlight untold stories and inspire global audiences. His diverse body of work spans compelling subjects—from the world’s first Black scuba diver to a death row inmate. In recent years, Matt has expanded his impact with high-profile projects, including TLC Forever, a feature documenting the journey of America’s most successful female music group. It premiered on A&E to millions of viewers and is now streaming on Netflix. He has also spent two years closely filming with Lewis Hamilton for an upcoming Apple feature and directed an hour-long National Geographic special starring Marvel’s Anthony Mackie, which debuted in July 2024 as the network’s most-watched program of the month and is streaming globally on Disney+.

With a passion for creating socially impactful narratives, Matt continues to produce films that resonate with audiences and drive meaningful change. Matt’s films have screened at over 50 major festivals, won numerous awards, and garnered millions of views worldwide.

JASMINE BROWN

PRODUCTION MANAGER

For the past 8 years, Jasmine has been bringing her marketing expertise to one of Hollywood’s biggest studios- NBCUniversal. Now a marketing manager, Jasmine’s passion for film marketing, brand development, and event production are what drive her to excel in this role.

She has been working at WoLF in a freelance capacity since 2020, where has been instrumental in the production of a number of their films, including the Oscar longlisted Little Miss Sumo. More recently, Jasmine played a crucial role in the production of Patagonia's Run To The Source- acting as associate producer, production manager, and also event producing the enthusiastically received London premiere. During the making of Run To The Source Jasmine added a new string to her bow- deep diving into the music world and creating a dedicated EP Soundtrack for the documentary that went live on all digital music platforms upon the film’s release.

ANDY CARVER

PRODUCER

Andy is a Producer with over 14 years of experience on projects in 40+ countries around the world. He loves to focus on cinematic, character-driven documentaries that have a positive social impact. This passion has led him to collaborate with organisations such as Amnesty International and Greenpeace to produce powerful, purpose-driven films which have contributed to tangible change.

His work has been featured in film festivals including: Tribeca, London, Sydney, Sheffield Doc Fest, on major broadcast channels and streamers like Netflix, BBC, ITV, Sky, CNBC, and been widely viewed online- gaining over 11 million views. Andy’s portfolio of work also includes partnerships with the likes of Netflix, Virgin, Nikon, Patagonia, CNBC and WaterBear Network. Currently, he is working with Matt on SuWo- an expansion of the award-winning short doc Little Miss Sumo.

Chiara stennett

producTION | documentary development

Chiara is the newest member of the wolf pack. For the past five years Chiara has studied at Rose Bruford School of Acting and recently graduated from SOAS University of London. Chiara's passion for storytelling found expression in the music video scene, where she has been an essential part of projects led by accomplished directors, producers and major UK artists. Including playing a key role in the production and art direction of GRM Daily's ‘The Legacy collection’. Her recent work includes Producing multiple music videos and directing her first short film for ‘Football Beyond Borders’. She is currently developing her own short documentary and is actively involved in research and development for WOLF’s upcoming documentaries.

Taking on diverse responsibilities at WOLF, Chiara works closely with our director, Matt, ensuring the seamless functioning of business with our multiple exciting projects. She actively assists on set, bringing her skills and dedication to the creative side of the company. Chiara also contributes to the research for upcoming documentaries curation and drives our social media and marketing initiatives.

In 2025, Chiara is Producing for WOLF in collaboration with ‘The Factory International’ short films that highlight the experiences of underrepresented young people in Manchester. These films explore themes of identity, shedding light on the challenges of being part of a minority group while inspiring hope and resilience for the future.
